Applicant Profile:


New applicants are encouraged to complete a profile in the system where they can enter their work preferences, desired position, state(s) and city(s) where they are seeking employment and other pieces of information that will describe what environment they prefer. The system then uses this information to match to open or new job postings and will automatically email them to inform them of a position that may be of significant interest to them. After completing this profile, they can get a password and ID to update their preferences in the future or apply for a position that is of interest to them so your company can become active in successfully bringing the client and applicant together resulting in a commission for your company.
